We loved staying at this luxury hotel! The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside, making it easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel had a lot of character, with a charming library and comfortable lounging areas. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The dining experience was unforgettable, with delicious meals featuring their specialty hida beef. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, were a treat, providing a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning view of the distant mountains. our stay here was fantastic!

We had an amazing stay with excellent service and amazing food. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provided transportation to nearby towns.
